中药熏蒸联合推拿手法对脑出血后偏瘫患者肢体功能以及生活质量的影响

Influence of Chinese Medicine Fumigation Combined with Massage on Limb Function and Quality of Life of Hemiplegic Patients after Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的探讨中药熏蒸联合推拿手法对脑出血后偏瘫患者肢体功能以及生活质量的影响。方法随机选取2019年1月—2023年3月于常熟市第二人民医院接受治疗的119例脑出血后偏瘫患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组(59例)和观察组(60例)。两组均接受常规对症治疗,其中对照组增加推拿手法干预,观察组增加中药熏蒸联合推拿手法干预。对比两组神经功能、肢体功能、生活质量。结果干预后,观察组神经功能评分为(9.69±0.72)分低于对照组的(11.37±0.65)分,差异有统计学意义(t=13.353,P<0.05);观察组肢体功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.661,P<0.05),观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.699,P<0.05)。结论中药熏蒸联合推拿手法可改善患者神经功能,提高肢体功能和生活质量。

Objective To explore the effects of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with massage on limb function and quality of life of hemiplegic patients after cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 119 patients with hemiplegic paralysis after cerebral hemorrhage treated in Changshu Second People's Hospital from January 2019 to March 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects and divided into control group(59 cases)and observation group(60 cases)according to random number table method.Both groups received conventional symptomatic treatment.Among them,patients in the control group were added massage manipulation intervention,and patients in the observation group were added traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined massage manipulation intervention.Neurological function,limb function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the neurological function score of the observation group was(9.69±0.72)points,which was lower than(11.37±0.65)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=13.353,P<0.05).The limb function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.661,P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.699,P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with massage can improve nerve function,limb function and quality of life.
