EBP50、p16、LMW-PTP及Ki-67在宫颈鳞状上皮内病变中的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的分析磷酸化蛋白50(ERM-binding phosphoprotein,EBP50)、p16、低分子量酪氨酸磷酸酶(low mo‐lecular weight protein tyrosine phosphatases,LMW-PTP)、Ki-67在宫颈鳞状上皮内病变(squamous intraepithelial lesion,SIL)患者宫颈组织中的表达情况,并探讨其临床意义。方法选取2020年1月—2023年6月深圳厚德医院收治的62例宫颈SIL患者及同时期的62例宫颈健康者为研究对象,采集其宫颈组织,用免疫组化方法对EBP50、p16、LMW-PTP、Ki-67的表达水平进行检测。结果EBP50、LMW-PTP在宫颈SIL患者的宫颈组织中表达低于正常宫颈组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);宫颈SIL患者的宫颈组织中Ki-67、p16表达高于正常宫颈组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。宫颈高级别鳞状上皮内病变(high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion,HSIL)患者的宫颈组织中EBP50表达强度为22.58%,LMW-PTP表达强度为19.35%,低于宫颈低级别鳞状上皮内病变(low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion,LSIL)患者,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=35.138、35.358,P<0.05)。结论在病理诊断宫颈SIL中,LMW-PTP、Ki-67、EBP50与p16均有参考价值。宫颈组织中EBP50、LMW-PT表达水平与宫颈病变级别呈负相关。 Objective To analyze the expression of ERM-binding phosphoprotein 50(EBP50),p16,low molecular weight protein tyrosine phosphatases(LMW-PTP)and Ki-67 in the cervical tissues of patients with cervical squamous intraepithelial lesion(SIL)and to discuss their clinical significance.Methods 62 patients with cervical SIL and 62 healthy cervical patients in the same period admitted to Shenzhen Houde Hospital from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and their cervical tissues were collected.The expression levels of EBP50,p16,LMW-PTP,and Ki-67 were examined by immunohistochemistry.Results The expression of EBP50 and LMW-PTP in the cervical tissues of patients with cervical SIL was lower than that in normal cervical tissues,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of Ki-67 and p16 in the cervical tissues of patients with cervical SIL was higher than that in normal cervical tissues,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ex‐pression intensity of EBP50(22.58%)and LMW-PTP(19.35%)in the patients with cervical high-grade squamous in‐traepithelial lesions(HSIL)was lower than that with cervical low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions(LSIL),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=35.138,35.358,P<0.05).Conclusion In the pathologic diagnosis of cer‐vical SIL,LMW-PTP,Ki-67,and EBP50 with p16 were informative.The expression of EBP50 and LMW-PTP had a negative correlation with the cervical lesion grade.
