EMR结合金属钛夹治疗肠息肉的优势与效果分析

Advantages and Effects of EMR Combined with Metal Titanium Clip in the Treatment of Intestinal Polyps

目的探讨内镜下黏膜切除术(endoscopic mucosal resection,EMR)结合金属钛夹治疗肠息肉的优势与效果。方法选取2020年10月—2023年5月无锡市第八人民医院收治的82例消化内科肠息肉患者为研究对象,根据随机抽签法分为对照组(37例)和观察组(45例)。对照组给予冷圈套器息肉切除术(cold snare pol‐ypectomy,CSP)手术治疗。观察组提供EMR结合金属钛夹进行治疗。比较两组患者术中出血量、术后出血情况。结果治疗后,观察组术中出血量为(10.48±2.16)mL,少于对照组的(13.25±2.25)mL,差异有统计学意义(t=5.648,P<0.001)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将EMR结合金属钛夹用于肠息肉治疗中,在减少术中出血量,降低术后出血率方面与CSP手术相比具有更为显著的优势与效果。

Objective To explore the advantages and effects of endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR)combined with ti‐tanium clips in the treatment of intestinal polyps.Methods A total of 82 patients with intestinal polyps admitted to Wuxi Eighth People's Hospital from October 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random lottery method,they were divided into control group(37 cases)and observation group(45 cases).The con‐trol group was treated with cold snare polypectomy(CSP).The observation group was treated with EMR combined with metal titanium clip.The intraoperative blood loss and postoperative bleeding were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was(10.48±2.16)mL,which was lower than the control group's(13.25±2.25)mL,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.648,P<0.001).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with CSP surgery,EMR combined with titanium clip in the treatment of intestinal polyps has more significant advantages and effects in reducing intraoperative blood loss and postoperative bleeding rate.
