摘要
目的探究口服黄体酮与宫内放置曼月乐对子宫内膜息肉患者术后复发率的影响。方法选取2021年5—12月广州医科大学附属第一医院市桥医院收治的79例子宫内膜息肉患者为受试对象,按照随机数表法将其分为研究组40例,对照组39例。两组均采用宫腔镜手术治疗及术后常规抗生素药物治疗。研究组在此基础上放置宫内曼月乐,对照组在此基础上仅使用黄体酮口服。分析两组的治疗效果。结果研究组出现阴道内异常出血次数,明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=216.990,P<0.001),治疗11周后两组子宫内膜厚度、VEGF水平均降低,且研究组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫内放置曼月乐与口服黄体酮相比能更有效抑制子宫内膜血管上皮增生,在预防宫腔镜术后子宫内膜息肉患者阴道异常出血及息肉复发方面效果更好。
Objective To investigate the effects of oral progesterone and intrauterine placement of Mirena on the post‐operative recurrence rate of patients with endometrial polyps.Methods A total of 79 patients with endometrial polyps admitted to Shiqiao Hospital,the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from May to December 2021 were selected as the subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the study group(40 cases)and the control group(39 cases).Both groups were treated with hysteroscopic surgery and postopera‐tive conventional antibiotic drugs.Research group on the basis of placing intrauterine mann month,control on the ba‐sis of the use of progesterone only oral.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results The number of abnormal vaginal bleeding in the study group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=216.990,P<0.001).After 11 weeks of treatment,the endometrial thickness and VEGF levels of the two groups were decreased,and the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intrauterine placement of Mirena can inhibit endometrial vascular epithelial proliferation more effectively than oral progesterone,and is more effective in prevent‐ing abnormal vaginal bleeding and polyp recurrence in patients with endometrial polyps after hysteroscopy.
