滚轮微针联合aFGF治疗痤疮萎缩性瘢痕的效果研究

Effect of Roller Microneedles Combined with AFGF on Acne Atrophic Scar

目的探究滚轮微针联合酸性成纤维细胞生长因子(acidic fibroblast growth factor,aFGF)治疗痤疮萎缩性瘢痕(acne atrophic scars,AAS)的效果。方法随机选取2021年6月—2023年2月武夷山市立医院收治的AAS患者150例,编号后使用计算机程序随机分为对照组(75例,单采用滚轮微针治疗)和观察组(75例,滚轮微针联合aFGF治疗),对比两组的皮肤状态以及生活质量,评价两种治疗方式的疗效及安全性。结果观察组治疗有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(82.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.040,P=0.044)。治疗后,观察组痤疮瘢痕权重评分、皮肤纹理值、毛孔值、斑点评分均低于对照组,生活质量各指标评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论滚轮微针联合aFGF治疗AAS疗效显著,可有效改善患者面部皮肤状态,提高其生活质量,不良反应轻且少。

Objective To explore the effect of roller microneedles combined with acidic fibroblast growth factor(aFGF)on atrophic acne scars(AAS).Methods 150 cases of AAS patients admitted to Wuyishan Municipal Hospital from June 2021 to February 2023 were randomly selected,numbered and randomly divided into the control group(75 cases,treated with roller microneedling alone)and the observation group(75 cases,treated with roller microneedling combined with aFGF)using a computer program.The skin condition and quality of life of the two groups were com⁃pared,and the efficacy and safety of the two treatment modalities were evaluated.Results The treatment efficiency of the observation group(93.33%)was higher than that of the control group(82.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.040,P=0.044).After treatment,the acne scar weight score,skin texture value,pore value,and spot score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of various indicators of qual⁃ity of life were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of roller microneedles and aFGF is effective in the treatment of AAS,which can effectively improve the facial skin status of patients and improve their quality of life,and decrease the adverse reactions are light and few.
