泮托拉唑联合胃镜喷洒康复新液治疗消化性溃疡伴出血疗效分析

Effect Analysis of Pantoprazole Combined with Gastroscope Spraying Kangfuxin Liquid in the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer with Bleeding

目的探讨泮托拉唑联合胃镜喷洒康复新液治疗消化性溃疡伴出血的临床效果。方法方便选取2021年1月—2023年1月博罗惠博医院有限公司收治的52例消化性溃疡伴出血患者,根据随机数表法分为对照组和联合组,两组均26例。对照组给予奥美拉唑治疗,联合组给予泮托拉唑联合胃镜喷洒康复新液治疗,两组均治疗1周。比较两组治疗前后临床指标(止血时间、便血频率、呕血频率、住院时间)、凝血功能[凝血酶时间(thrombin time,TT)、凝血酶原时间(prothrombin time,PT)、血小板计数(platelet count,PLT)、纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,FIB)]及临床疗效。结果联合组患者止血时间、便血频率、呕血频率、住院时间分别为(1.56±0.43)d、(0.68±0.15)次/周、(0.49±0.11)次/周、(6.82±1.45)d,均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组患者TT、PT、PLT、FIB水平分别为(11.68±1.95)s、(7.79±1.13)s、(342.76±26.57)×10^(9)/L、(1.97±0.35)g/L,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,总有效率联合组(96.15%)显著高于对照组(76.92%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泮托拉唑联合胃镜喷洒康复新液治疗消化性溃疡伴出血效果显著,可明显改善患者凝血功能,减轻患者临床症状。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pantoprazole combined with Kangfuxin liquid sprayed by gastroscope in the treatment of peptic ulcer with bleeding.Methods 52 patients with peptic ulcer accompanied by bleeding admitted to Boluo Huibo Hospital Limited Company from January 2021 to January 2023 were conveniently selected and divided into the control group and the combination group according to random number table method,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with omeprazole,and the combination group was treated with pantoprazole combined with gastroscopy spray healing new solution.Both groups were treated for 1 week.The clinical indexes(time of hemostasis,frequency of stool,frequency of hematemesis,length of hospital stay),coagulation func⁃tion thrombin time(TT),prothrombin time(PT),platelet count(PLT),fibrinogen(FIB)and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The duration of hemostasis,frequency of hematochezia,fre⁃quency of hematemesis and length of hospital stay in the combination group were(1.56±0.43)d,(0.68±0.15)times a week,(0.49±0.11)times a week,and(6.82±1.45)d,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the con⁃trol group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TT,PT,PLT and FIB in combination group were(11.68±1.95)s,(7.79±1.13)s,(342.76±26.57)×10^(9)/L and(1.97±0.35)g/L,respectively,which were all better than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treat⁃ment,the total effective rate of combination group(96.15%)was significantly higher than that of control group(76.92%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pantoprazole combined with Kangfuxin liquid sprayed by gastroscope has significant effect in the treatment of peptic ulcer accompanied by bleeding,which can significantly improve the coagulation function and alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients.
