精准护理对胆囊切除术患者术后应对方式和情绪的影响

Effects of Precision Nursing Care on Postoperative Coping Styles and Emo⁃tions in Cholecystectomy Patients

目的探讨精准护理在胆囊切除术患者手术后应对方式以及情绪中的作用。方法方便选取2021年1月—2022年12月太仓市中医医院接诊的124例胆囊切除术患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分组,每组60例。对照组接受快速康复护理,研究组接受快速康复护理+精准护理。对比两组患者护理后恢复情况以及护理前后焦虑情绪分数、抑郁情绪分数和应对方式分数变化。结果研究组恢复情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组患者焦虑评分(32.49±1.27)分,抑郁评分(36.58±1.61)分,低于对照组的(43.82±1.59)分、(47.22±1.34)分,差异有统计学意义(t=43.840、39.996,P<0.001)。与对照组相比,研究组患者护理后积极应对方式分数更高,消极应对方式分数更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精准护理的应用可以明显提高胆囊切除术患者手术后积极应对方式,同时将患者负面情绪予以改善,有利于患者术后恢复。

Objective To explore the role of precision nursing in postoperative coping styles and emotions in cholecys⁃tectomy patients.Methods A total of 124 patients with cholecystectomy who were admitted to Taicang Hospital of Tra⁃ditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were conveniently selected as the research objects,and the above patients were grouped according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received rapid rehabilitation nursing,and the study group received rapid rehabilitation nursing+precise nursing.The recovery after nursing and the changes of anxiety score,depression score and coping style score before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery situation of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the anxiety score(32.49±1.27)points and depression score(36.58±1.61)points of the study group patients were lower than those of the control group(43.82±1.59)points and(47.22±1.34)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=43.840,39.996,P<0.001).Compared with the control group,the study group had higher scores for positive coping styles and lower scores for negative coping styles after nursing care,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Con⁃clusion The application of precision nursing can significantly improve the positive coping styles of cholecystectomy pa⁃tients after surgery,and at the same time,the negative emotions of the patients will be improved,which is conducive to the patients'postoperative recovery,and the nursing methods are worth promoting.
