综合护理在肾病患者行血液净化治疗中的应用效果分析

Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in Blood Purification Treat⁃ment of Nephropathy Patients

目的分析综合护理在肾病患者行血液净化治疗中的应用效果。方法随机选取2022年1—12月复旦大学附属中山医院厦门医院收治的行血液净化治疗的肾病患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分成对照组和研究组,每组30例,其中接受常规护理的患者为对照组,以综合护理干预的患者为研究组。比较两组患者在干预前后的焦虑评分、抑郁评分、瘙痒症状评分、睡眠障碍评分及生活质量评分,统计血液净化治疗中并发症的发生情况及患者对于干预的满意度。结果在干预后两组焦虑、抑郁、瘙痒症状、睡眠障碍评分较干预前下降,研究组低于对照组,而生活质量评分较干预前有所提升,其中研究组提升程度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组血液净化治疗并发症发生率低于对照组,而患者对干预的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706、4.630,P<0.05)。结论在血液净化治疗肾病患者中,给予综合护理干预下,可显著的降低患者焦虑和抑郁评分,减轻患者瘙痒症状与睡眠障碍严重程度,减少并发症发生率,提升护理满意度,效果理想。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing in blood purification treatment of nephropathy patients.Methods A total of 60 patients with nephropathy receiving blood purification treatment in Xiamen Hospital,Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from January to December 2022 were randomly selected as the re⁃search subjects,and they were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Patients receiving routine care were selected as control group,and patients receiving com⁃prehensive nursing intervention were selected as research group.The scores of anxiety,depression,itch symptom,sleep disorder and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention,and the occur⁃rence of complications during blood purification treatment and patients'satisfaction with the intervention were ana⁃lyzed.Results After intervention,the scores of anxiety,depression,pruritus and sleep disorder in the two groups were lower than before intervention,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the scores of life quality were improved compared with those in the control group,and the improvement degree in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the complication rate of blood purification treatment was lower than that in the control group,while the to⁃tal satisfaction rate of patients with the intervention was higher than that in the control,and the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(χ^(2)=4.706,4.630,P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with nephropathy treated with blood purification,comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly reduce the anxiety and depression scores of patients,reduce the itching symptoms of patients and the severity of sleep disorders,reduce the incidence of complications,improve nurs⁃ing satisfaction with ideal effect.
