护理风险管理结合个性化护理在心血管介入导管室中的实施效果分析

Implementation Effect of Nursing Risk Management Combined with Personalized Nursing in Cardiovascular Interventional Catheter Room

目的评价在心血管介入导管室中采用护理风险管理结合个性化护理的有效性。方法方便选取2022年4月—2023年4月南安市医院收治的78例心血管介入导管室患者,按照随机数表法,分为对照组(39例)和观察组(39例),对照组采用传统护理干预,观察组采用护理风险管理结合个性化护理,将两组患者的干预效果予以比较。结果观察组焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)和抑郁自评量表(Self-Rating De⁃pression Scale,SDS)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理质量控制评分、护理操作掌握度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(尿潴留、室颤、出血血肿)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度(94.87%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.303,P<0.05)。结论心血管介入导管室中采用护理风险管理结合个性化护理的效果突出,有利于改善患者的不良情绪,提高护理效果,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of nursing risk management combined with personalized nursing in cardiovascular interventional catheter room.Methods 78 patients with cardiovascular interventional catheter room ad⁃mitted to Nan'an Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were conveniently selected and grouped according to random number table method,and they were divided into control group(39 cases)and observation group(39 cases).The con⁃trol group was treated with traditional nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with nursing risk management combined with personalized nursing.The intervention effect of the two groups of patients was compared.Results The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group was lower than those in the control group,and the dif⁃ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing quality control score and nursing operation mastery score in ob⁃servation group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications(urinary retention,ventricular fibrillation,hemorrhagic hematoma)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of observation group 94.87%was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.303,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of nursing risk management combined with personalized nursing in cardiovas⁃cular interventional catheter room is outstanding,which is conducive to improving patients'bad mood and improving nursing effect,and is worth popularizing.
