运脾益肾中药治疗特发性矮小症的临床价值

Clinical Value of Chinese Herbal Medicine Yunpi Yishen Treating Idio⁃pathic Short Stature

目的探究特发性矮小症临床治疗中使用运脾益肾中药的治疗效果。方法方便选择2022年1—12月郑州大学第三附属医院中医科收治的87例特发性矮小症患儿为研究对象,采用随机数表法分成两组。对照组(44例)采用常规治疗,观察组(43例)采用常规治疗+运脾益肾中药治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、身高及骨龄变化、中医证候积分。结果观察组临床治疗效果为90.70%,高于对照组的72.73%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.679,P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患儿身高、骨龄均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对特发性矮小症患儿采取运脾益肾中药进行治疗效果显著,患儿升高、骨量显著增加。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Chinese herbal medicines Yunpi Yishen in the clinical treatment of idiopathic short stature.Methods A total of 87 children with idiopathic short stature admitted to the De⁃partment of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January to De⁃cember 2022 were conveniently selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(44 cases)was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group(43 cases)was treated with conventional treatment+traditional Chinese medicine for the spleen and kidney.The clini⁃cal treatment effect,the occurrence of adverse reactions,the changes in height and bone age,and the TCM syndrome score were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical treatment effect of the observation group was 90.70%,which was higher than that of the control group(72.73%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.679,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The height and bone age of the children in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM pattern scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with idiopathic short stature,the treatment effect of traditional Chinese medicine that transports the spleen and kidney is significant,and the children bone mass is increased significantly.
