摘要
目的探讨在实施急性胰腺炎早期诊断期间C反应蛋白以及血清淀粉酶水平检测的应用价值。方法选取2022年1—12月上海市徐汇区大华医院的142例急性胰腺炎患者作为研究组,并且依据不同疾病程度,将研究组患者合理分为轻症组(n=62)、中重症组(n=42)、重症组(n=38);同期选择142例健康体检者作为参照组。对所有研究对象展开血清淀粉酶水平以及C反应蛋白水平检测,比较不同组间的血清淀粉酶水平以及C反应蛋白水平。结果与参照组健康体检者比较,研究组血清淀粉酶水平(185.24±10.59)U/L以及C反应蛋白水平(12.72±3.59)mg/L均明显提升,差异有统计学意义(t=55.579、25.957,P<0.05);与轻症组比较,中重症组、重症组血清淀粉酶水平以及C反应蛋白水平明显提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对急性胰腺炎患者合理给予C反应蛋白以及血清淀粉酶水平检测,可指导患者病情程度的评估,从而在早期诊断中表现出一定的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the application of C-reactive protein and serum amylase levels during the early diagnosis of acute pancreatitis.Methods A total of 142 patients with acute pancreatitis in Dahua Hospital,Xuhui District,Shanghai from January to December 2022 were selected as the study group.According to different disease degrees,all patients with acute pancreatitis were reasonably divided into mild group(n=62),moderate and severe group(n=42)and severe group(n=38).In the same period,142 healthy subjects were selected as the reference group.The serum amylase level and C-reactive protein level of all subjects were detected,and the serum amylase level and C-reactive protein level among different groups were compared.Results Compared with healthy subjects in the reference group,serum amylase level(185.24±10.59)U/L and C-reactive protein level(12.72±3.59)mg/L in patients with acute pancreatitis in the study group were significantly increased,and the differences were statistically significant(t=55.579,25.957,P<0.05).Compared with mild group,serum amylase level and C-reactive protein level in moderate and severe group were significantly increased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Reasonable detection of C-reactive protein and serum amylase levels in patients with acute pancreatitis can guide the assessment of the severity of the patient's disease,and thus show certain application value in early diagnosis.
