摘要
目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀联合阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗老年急性缺血性脑卒中(acute ischemic stroke,AIS)的效果及对血清脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)、神经肽Y(neuropeptide Y,NPY)、中枢神经特异性蛋白β(central nervous system specific proteinβ,S100-β)水平的影响。方法选取2020年3月—2022年3月重庆市巫山县人民医院神经内科收治的120例老年AIS患者,按照随机数表法分为对照组与研究组,各60例。对照组采用阿替普酶静脉溶栓,研究组在对照组基础上联合瑞舒伐他汀。比较两组治疗效果。结果与对照组相比,研究组总有效率(95.00%)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.227,P<0.05)。研究组治疗后的血清BDNF、NPY水平显著高于对照组,而S100β水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,与对照组相比,研究组血液流变学指标水平更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论AIS患者采用瑞舒伐他汀联合阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗的效果显著,有助于改善BDNF、NPY、S100β水平以及血液流变学,为临床治疗提供了新的选择。
Objective To investigate the effect of intravenous thrombolysis of rosuvastatin combined with alteplase in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke(AIS)in the elderly,and the effect on serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),neuropeptide Y(NPY),and central neural-specific proteinβ(S100-β)levels.Methods 120 elderly AIS patients admitted to the Neurology Department of Wushan County People's Hospital in Chongqing from March 2020 to March 2022 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 60 patients in each group,using random number table method.The control group received intravenous thrombolysis with ateplase,while the study group received a combination of rosuvastatin on the basis of the control group.Compared the therapeutic effects of two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate(95.00%)of the study group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.227,P<0.05).The serum levels of BDNF and NPY in the study group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group,while S100βwas significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the study group had lower levels of hemorheological indicators,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of intravenous thrombolytic treatment with rosuvastatin combined with alteplase in patients with AIS is remarkable,which helps to improve the levels of BDNF,NPY and S100βas well as the blood rheology,and provides a new choice for clinical treatment.
