达格列净治疗糖尿病肾病对肾功能指标的影响与疗效分析

Effect of Daggligin on Renal Function Indexes in the Treatment of Diabetes Nephropathy

目的分析达格列净治疗糖尿病肾病对肾功能指标的影响与疗效。方法选取2021年3月—2023年3月吉林省吉林中西医结合医院收治的60例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象。依照随机数表法对入选者平均分为两组,每组30例。所有患者均接受常规治疗,对比组使用二甲双胍治疗,治疗组使用达格列净+二甲双胍治疗。比较两组治疗前与治疗后的血糖状况、肾功能指标、炎症因子含量、治疗疗效、不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,治疗组的血糖水平低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后的肾功能指标优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的超敏C反应蛋白(2.68±0.66)mg/L低于对比组(4.87±1.01)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=9.941,P<0.05)。治疗组的疗效高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后的不良反应发生率与对比组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论选取达格列净与二甲双胍双药联合治疗,可以使糖尿病肾病患者的血糖状况得到有效控制,减少对机体的损伤,降低炎症因子含量,同时,还可提高疗效,改善肾功能指标,且不良反应较少,推荐参考应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of dagelin on renal function in the treatment of diabetes nephropathy.Methods 60 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to Jilin Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Jilin Province from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The participants were equally divided into two groups,including 30 patients each.All patients received conventional therapy,treated with metformin in the comparison group and with dagliflozin+metformin.Glycemic status,renal function index,inflammatory factor content,treatment efficacy,and incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After the treatment,the blood glucose level in the treatment group was lower than the comparison group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The renal function index in the treatment group was better than that in the comparison group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in the treatment group(2.68±0.66)mg/L was lower than that in the control group(4.87±1.01)mg/L,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.941,P<0.05).The treatment efficacy in the treatment group was higher than the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions after treatment in the treatment group compared to the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination treatment of daggligin and metformin can effectively control the blood sugar status of patients with diabetes nephropathy,reduce the damage to the body,reduce the content of inflammatory factors,and at the same time,it can also improve the curative effect,improve renal function indicators,and have fewer adverse reactions.It is recommended for reference.
