肺表面活性物质治疗新生儿肺透明膜病的效果及对炎症因子的影响

摘要 目的探讨肺表面活性物质对新生儿肺透明膜病的治疗效果,并分析其对炎症因子的影响。方法选取2017年1月—2023年2月期间江门市新会区第二人民医院收治的新生儿肺透明膜病患儿94例作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组,各47例。对照组给予经鼻持续正压通气治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上加用肺表面活性物质进行治疗。观察两组患儿临床疗效,并对两组患儿治疗期间的各项指标、肺功能及血清炎性因子水平进行比较。结果观察组治疗有效率为97.87%,高于对照组的78.72%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.340,P<0.05);观察组患儿高压力持续时间、住院时间、辅助通气时间、高吸氧分数持续时间均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺表面活性物质治疗对新生儿肺透明膜病的治疗效果确切,可有效改善患儿的肺功能,减轻炎症反应。 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of pulmonary surfactant on neonatal pulmonary hyaline membrane disease,and analyze its effect on inflammatory factors.Methods From January 2017 to February 2023,94 cases of neonatal hyaline membrane disease admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Xinhui District of Jiangmen City were selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups by random number table,47 cases for each group.The control group was given nasal continuous positive pressure ventilation,while the observation group was given pulmonary surfactant based on the control group.The clinical efficacy was observed,and the indicators,lung function and serum inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate in the observation group was 97.87%,which was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.340,P<0.05).The duration of high pressure,hospital stay,duration of assisted ventilation and duration of high oxygen intake fraction in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of pulmonary surfactant on neonatal pulmonary hyaline membrane disease is effective,can effectively improve the pulmonary function of children,reduce inflammatory response.
