小儿缺铁性贫血应用琥珀酸亚铁治疗的临床分析

摘要 目的针对小儿缺铁性贫血患儿进行琥珀酸亚铁治疗干预,研究其治疗效果以及应用价值。方法选择2021年6—2023年6月临沂市中心医院收治的80例小儿缺铁性贫血患儿为研究对象。采用随机数表法,分为研究组与参照组,各40例。参照组给予硫酸亚铁治疗,观察组给予琥珀酸亚铁治疗。比较两组小儿缺铁性贫血患儿的临床效果、血液学指标。结果研究组临床总有效率(100.00%)明显高于参照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.428,P<0.05)。研究组血清铁蛋白(36.24±5.67)μg/L、血红蛋白(127.28±10.21)g/L,明显高于参照组的(29.13±4.56)μg/L、(115.86±9.12)g/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿缺铁性贫血患儿进行琥珀酸亚铁治疗干预能够明显提高小儿缺铁性贫血患儿的临床疗效,提高血液学指标。 Objective To study the therapeutic effect and application value of ferrous succinate in children with iron deficiency anemia.Methods 80 children with iron deficiency anemia admitted to Linyi Central Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.Using random number table method,they were divided into study group and reference group,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with ferrous sulfate,and the study group was treated with ferrous succinate.The clinical effect and hematological indexes of two groups of children with iron deficiency anemia were compared.Results The clinical total effective rate of the study group(100.00%)was significantly higher than that of the reference group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.428,P<0.05).The serum ferritin was(36.24±5.67)μg/L and hemoglobin was(127.28±10.21)g/L in the study group,which were significantly higher than(29.13±4.56)μg/L and(115.86±9.12)g/L in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion The therapeutic intervention of ferrous succinate in pediatric iron deficiency anemia patients can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and hematological indexes of pediatric iron deficiency anemia patients.
