摘要
多联机因其控制灵活、高效节能、无需专人管理,在办公和住宅等具有“部分时间,部分空间”间歇供能需求的建筑中得到了广泛应用。然而在冬季间歇供暖模式下,启动多联机后,尽管只有部分房间需要制热,但室内仍需经过较长时间才能达到设定温度,影响室内的热舒适性。以一套南京住宅建筑的多联机系统为例,建立多联机系统启动过程的性能模型,并通过TRNSYS-TRNBUILD仿真平台,分析部分房间实现快速制热的可行性以及在此情景下的多联机性能和室内舒适性改善效果。结果表明:多联机启动后可利用其变容量调节特性进行热量调度,实现局部房间的快速制热,相较于常规制热启动模式,采用快速制热模式将提升系统能效比COP和室内舒适性。
VRF system,because of its flexible control and high efficiency,is widely used in office and residential buildings with"part time,part space"requirement.However,in winter intermittent heating mode,after starting VRF system,although only some rooms need to be heated,each room still needs to go through a long time to reach setting temperature.This process would also affect the thermal comfort of the room.A VRF system of a residential building in Nanjing is taken as an example to establish a performance model of startup process of the VRF system.The feasibility of rapid heating is analyzed through the TRNSYS-TRNBUILD simulation platform,the VRF system performance and indoor comfort improvement effects under this scenario are analyzed.The results show that:in the rapid heating mode,the advantage of wide range of VRF capacity adjustment can be used for heat scheduling.The rapid heating of local room can be realized.Compared with the conventional heating start-up mode,the adoption of rapid heating mode will improve the system energy efficiency COP and indoor comfort.
