摘要
通过对比实验的方式,从换热性能、整机能力能效等方面,分析全铝微通道换热器与铜管铝翅片换热器。实验结果表明:搭配全铝换热器的整机在能力能效方面有明显优势,但其在低温制热工况下能力衰减严重,同时分流不均问题还需进一步改进。
Through comparative experiments,analyze the heat transfer performance,overall capacity and energy efficiency of all-aluminum microchannel heat exchangers and copper tube aluminum fin heat exchangers.The results indicate that the whole machine equipped with an all-aluminum heat exchanger has significant advantages in terms of capacity and energy efficiency,but its capacity decays severely under low-temperature heating conditions,the problem of uneven flow separation still needs further improvement.
