摘要
R32制冷剂由于其ODP值为0,GWP值小的特点逐渐受到制冷行业青睐,目前行业内众多企业都在开展R32替代R410A的相关技术研究。为了对比R410A与R32两种制冷剂空调器的差异,对R32制冷剂空调器和R410A制冷剂空调器进行了实验研究。结果表明:随着环境温度的提高,R32制冷剂空调器排气温度相较R410A制冷剂空调器排气温度显著增大,因此有必要对R32制冷剂空调器排气温度进行控制。为了找到R32制冷剂空调器最佳排气温度控制方法,对三种排气温度抑制技术从性能表现及可靠性方面进行了实验研究,最终实验结果表明采用活塞切割主轴承喷液技术在保证整机能力能效的同时能显著降低R32制冷剂空调排气温度。
R32 refrigerant is gradually favored by the refrigeration industry due to its ODP value of 0 and small GWP value.Currently,many enterprises in the industry are conducting research on the technology of R32 replacing R410A.In order to compare the differences between R410A and R32 refrigerant air conditioners,experimental studies were conducted on R32 refrigerant air conditioners and R410A refrigerant air conditioners.The results indicate that as the ambient temperature increases,the exhaust temperature of R32 refrigerant air conditioner significantly increases compared to R410A refrigerant air conditioner.Therefore,it is necessary to control the exhaust temperature of R32 refrigerant air conditioner.In order to find the optimal exhaust temperature control method for R32 refrigerant air conditioners,experimental studies were conducted on three exhaust temperature control methods in terms of performance and reliability.The final experimental results showed that using piston cutting main bearing spraying technology can significantly reduce the exhaust temperature of R32 refrigerant air conditioners while ensuring overall capacity and energy efficiency.
