燃气热水器中保温罐容积对恒温性能影响的数值模拟

摘要 针对燃电混动燃气热水器中的保温罐部件,采用数值模拟与实验相协同的方法,研究了保温罐的容积设计对开机恒温和二次开水恒温性能的影响,分析得出了首次开机场景下保温罐容积越小,超调温度越大,升温较快;二次开水场景下,保温罐容积越小,超调温度越大,达到恒温所需要的时间更长,为燃气热水器中保温罐的设计提供了参考依据。 Aiming at the insulation tank components in the gas-electric hybrid gas water heater,a collaborative method of numerical simulation and experimental verification was used to study the influence of the volume design of the soaking tank on the start-up constant temperature and secondary start-up constant temperature performance.It was analyzed that in the first start-up scenario,the small volume soaking tank had a larger overshoot temperature and a faster heating rate.In the secondary startup scenario,the small volume soaking tank has a higher overshoot temperature,which takes longer to reach the constant temperature,providing a reference basis for the design of the soaking tank in gas water heater.
