基于CFD技术的压缩机壳体高度减矮优化及实验验证

摘要 安装空间条件有限的情况下,减矮壳体高度是减小压缩机体积的便捷策略,但壳体高度减矮会恶化吐油率和压力脉动。为了解决此问题,采用CFD多相流仿真模型,对OCR和压力脉动进行了仿真计算。分析了OCR和压力脉动的恶化原因,提出通过增加风阻罩和降低初始油面高度来降低OCR,并进行了仿真和实验检讨。验证了所建立CFD仿真方法的可靠性,研究可为降低压缩机吐油率和改善压力脉动提供理论和实践指导。 Under limited installation space conditions,reducing the height of the casing is a convenient strategy to reduce the volume of the compressor,but reducing the height of the casing will worsen the OCR and pressure pulsation.To solve the problem,a CFD multiphase flow simulation model was used to simulate OCR and pressure pulsation.Analyzed the reasons for the deterioration of OCR and pressure pulsation,proposed to reduce OCR by increasing the wind resistance cover and reducing the initial oil level height,and completed simulation and experimental review.The reliability of the established CFD simulation method has been verified,and the research can provide theoretical and practical guidance for reducing compressor oil discharge rate and improving pressure pulsation.
