驻车空调配管随机振动疲劳分析及优化

摘要 对驻车空调配管断裂问题展开研究,以配管系统为研究对象,搭建有限元仿真模型,进行模态分析和单位频率响应分析,加载企标随机振动PSD功率谱密度,进行随机振动仿真分析,获取配管系统的疲劳损伤结果,原始管路的仿真疲劳断管位置与随机振动试验一致,验证了仿真模型的精确度。通过改变吸气管上橡胶软管的长度,优化后的管路疲劳寿命提升明显,随机振动试验后管路未发生断裂。为空调配管疲劳分析和优化设计提供了指导,缩短了项目开发的周期,降低了设计成本。 Conducting research on the fracture problem of parking air conditioning pipes,taking the pipes system as the research object,building a finite element simulation model,conducting modal analysis and unit frequency response analysis,loading the enterprise standard random vibration PSD power spectral density,conducting random vibration simulation analysis,and obtaining fatigue damage results of the piping system.The simulated fatigue fracture position of the original pipes is consistent with the random vibration test,verifying the accuracy of the simulation model.By changing the length of the rubber pipes on the suction pipe,the optimized fatigue life of the pipes was significantly improved,and the pipes did not break after random vibration testing.Provides guidance for fatigue analysis and optimization design of air conditioning pipes,shortens the project development cycle,and reduces design costs.
