吸油烟机引射吸风口提升吸烟效果的研究

摘要 烹饪过程中产生的油烟会造成厨房空气污染,危害身体健康,提升吸油烟机的吸烟效果有助于打造健康安全的厨房烹饪环境,提升烹饪体验。吸油烟机进风形式的设计优劣对吸油烟机的吸烟效果有着重要影响。针对一款吸油烟机模型结构,分析现有进风形式存在的不足,并提出一种结合流体连续性原理、伯努利原理、气象学“过堂风”原理的引射提速进风形式,得出吸油烟机进烟口附近设计引射吸风口可改变油烟路径,从而提升吸油烟效果的理论分析。 The fumes generated during the cooking process can cause kitchen air pollution,posing risks to our health.Enhancing the smoke-extraction efficiency of the range hood contributes to creating a healthy and safe cooking environment,as well as improving the overall cooking experience.The design of the air intake form for range hoods has an important impact on the smoke extraction efficiency of the range hood.By analyzing the shortcomings of existing air intake forms for a range hood model and proposes an induced-draft and speed-boosting air intake form that combines the principles of fluid continuity,Bernoulli's principle,and the meteorological principle of through-flow wind.Theoretical analysis shows that designing an induced-draft air intake near the smoke exhaust port of the range hood can change the oil fume path and improve the smoke extraction efficiency.
