摘要
根据CNAS—CL01—G003《测量不确定度的要求》和CNAS—GL006《化学分析中不确定度的评估指南》以ICP-MS法测定水中的碘化物为例,对分析测量过程中不确定度的重要来源进行了评定与表达。本次实验生活饮用水中碘含量为(8.9±0.9)μg/L(k=2)。分析可知,校准曲线拟合和使用的仪器是不确定度主要来源。
According to the requirements and methods of“Guide to the evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measurement”(CNAS-CL01-G003),and“Guide for evaluation of uncertainty in chemical analysis for measuring uncertainty”(CNAS-GL006),analyses the uncertainty of iodine content testing in drinking water by ICP-MS,and evaluated all the components of measuring uncertainty,in order to find out the influent factors and provide scientificbasis for the evaluation.The results show that when the content of arsenic in drinking water is(8.9±0.9)μg/L(k=2).From the analyzing process,we know that standard curve fitting and the testing instrument are the most important components to uncertainty component.
