吊袋栽培下水稻育秧大棚骨架受力性能分析

摘要 对黑龙江地区已修建的水稻育秧大棚进行调研,发现水稻育秧大棚二次利用时多采用吊挂栽培食用菌的方法。在不了解大棚骨架受力性能情况下,吊袋栽培通常会选择在棚内新立框架用来吊挂菌包,这种方法会占用水稻育秧大棚内部空间,在不影响第二年水稻育秧工作的前提下,需要将菌包吊挂在大棚骨架上进行生产。针对目前二次利用吊挂栽培下水稻育秧大棚骨架受力性能未知的现状,结合相关规范,从结构分析角度对大棚日常所承受的风荷载、雪荷载,以及二次利用时的作物荷载进行分析。通过ABAQUS软件对大棚骨架进行有限元分析,根据规范要求给出安全性要求,得到受力性能分析结果。结果表明,利用大棚骨架承受雪荷载、吊挂栽培荷载时应力和变形均不满足安全性要求,找到了不同荷载作用下大棚骨架使用阶段的薄弱位置。结论可为黑龙江地区水稻育秧大棚骨架结构设计及二次利用提供一定的技术参考。 The rice seedling greenhouse built in Heilongjiang province was investigated,and it found that the method of hanging cultivation of edible fungus is mostly used in the second utilization of rice seedling greenhouse.When the greenhouse does not understand the stress performance of the greenhouse,the hanging bag cultivation usually chooses a new frame in the greenhouse to hang the fungus bag.This method will occupy the internal space of the rice seedling greenhouse,and will not affect the rice seedling work in the next year,so the fungus bag needs to be hung on the greenhouse skeleton for production.In view of the current situation of the unknown stress performance of rice seedling greenhouse under the secondary hanging cultivation,combined with the relevant norms,the wind and snow load of the greenhouse and the crop load during the secondary utilization are calculated in detail from the perspective of structural analysis.The finite element analysis of the greenhouse skeleton is conducted by ABAQUS software,and the safety requirements are given according to the specification requirements,and the stress performance analysis results are obtained.The results show that the stress and deformation of the snow load and the safety requirements,and the weak position of the greenhouse skeleton under different loads is found.Conclusion it can provide some technical reference for the skeleton structure design and secondary utilization of rice seedling greenhouse in Heilongjiang province.
