不同种源地紫楠幼苗对水分胁迫的适应性分析 被引量:1

摘要 本文模拟自然水分胁迫处理,研究不同种源地紫楠对水分胁迫的响应特性和耐旱适应能力。以江苏苏州、浙江建德2个种源地的2年生紫楠幼苗为试验材料,观测水分胁迫处理0、5、10 d及复水后5 d的幼苗生长情况及生理指标。结果表明,随水分胁迫时间延长,2个种源地紫楠组织含水量逐渐下降,复水后5 d恢复正常;其叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖含量、游离脯氨酸含量和丙二醛含量变化虽然不同,但总体均呈上升趋势,复水后下降。2种不同种源地紫楠幼苗能忍耐轻度水分胁迫,其抗旱能力有所不同,苏州种源紫楠抗旱能力强于建德种源紫楠。 This paper were conducted on the physiological characteristics and drought tolerance of Phoebe sheareri from different provenances under simulated natural water stress.The growth and physiological indexes of twoyear-old Phoebe sheareri seedlings from Suzhou,Jiangsu and Jiande,Zhejiang were observed after 0,5,10 days of water stress treatment and 5 days after rewatering.The results showed that with the increase of water stress time,the leaf tissue water content of Phoebe sheareri decreased gradually,and returned to normal after 5 days。The contents of chlorophyll,soluble protein,soluble sugar,free proline and malondialdehyde were different,but the general trend was increasing,and decreased after rewatering.The seedlings of two provenances could endure light water stress and their drought resistance was different.The drought resistance of Suzhou provenance was stronger than that of Jiande provenance.
