基于西门子S7-1200 PLC的卸料压力监测与报警装置设计

Design of Discharge Pressure Monitoring and Alarm Device Based on Siemens S7-1200 PLC

在粉体原料管道输送过程中,风机出口输送管道压力监测十分重要,若压力超出控制范围,则可能造成输送管道堵塞,严重时可能造成生产停止。基于西门子S7-1200 PLC设计了一台压力监测与报警装置,对1#、2#卸料风机出口输送管道压力进行连续监测和报警提醒,提高风机出口压力监测和报警及时性,提升生产过程安全水平。

Monitoring of pipeline pressure at fan outlet is of great significance in the process of pipeline transportation of raw material powders.The pressure excess upon control range may causes blocking of the pipeline or even interruption of production in serious cases.In this paper,a pressure monitoring and alarm device is designed based on Siemens S7-1200 PLC to continuously monitor the pressure of outlet conveying pipeline of 1#and 2#unloading fan,improve the timeliness of outlet pressure monitoring and alarm,and improve the safety level of production process.
