摘要
储能电站及其优化控制方法对海上风电场的安全经济运行具有重要意义。结合锂电池储能系统,提出一种储能电站与海上风电场联合运行的优化控制方法。首先阐述储能系统结构及其对海上风电功率波动的调节作用,并基于锂电池的等效电路模型,利用开路电压法估算锂电池的荷电状态。通过建立计及海上风电功率波动的储能系统出力目标函数,提出储能系统与海上风电场联合运行的优化控制方法。算例结果表明储能系统对海上风电功率波动具有良好的调节作用。
Energy storage system and its control approaches are of great significance to safe and efficient operations of offshore wind farms.An optimization control method based on combined operations of offshore wind farm and lithium battery energy storage systems is proposed by the present work.This paper first describes the configuration of energy storage systems and their utility of regulating offshore wind power fluctuations,and then estimates state of charge of lithium batteries via open circuit method based on equivalent circuit model of energy storage system.A combined optimization control method is finally proposed using a battery energy storage output objective function established by considering offshore wind power fluctuations.Case analysis results show the satisfactory utility of battery energy storage system on mitigating offshore wind power fluctuations.
