摘要
汽车车载设备电源主要采用硅整流发电机,输出28 V低压直流,发电机的输出功率较小。在设备发生异常掉电或断电的情况下,发电系统和增功单元切换就非常重要。由于硅整流发电机电压、功率限制,提出一种高压540 V直流体系,采用高功率密度永磁同步电机将发电系统的功率增加到30 kW,与高压储能单元直接并网,删减了其他功能组件,减小了系统体积。该系统效率达到92%,电压纹波因数控制在4%以内,能成功输出稳定可靠的直流电压。
Silicon rectifier generatorsare mainly used for power supply of vehicle on-board equipment,which outputs 28 V low-voltage DC with a relatively low output power.In the case of abnormal power failure or power failure of equipment,it is very important to switch between power generationsand power increasing unit.Due to the limitation of voltage and power of silicon rectifier generators,this paper proposes a high-voltage DC 540 V system which uses a high power density permanent magnet synchronous motor to increase the power generated to 30 kW,and is directly connected to high voltage energy storage units.The system neglects other functional components and achieves an obviousreduction in volume.The system features an efficiency reaching 92%and a voltage ripple factor controlled within 4%,so as to realize stable and high-quality DC voltagefor vehicles.
