宽输入电压的双向DC/DC变换器的研究

摘要 为了适应不同光伏发电储能系统直流母线电压,扩宽输入电压范围,设计了一种宽输入电压的双向DC/DC变换器。该变换器采用级联式拓扑结构,前级由四开关Buck-Boost变换电路构成,采用脉冲宽度调制的控制策略,后级由L-LLC谐振变换电路构成,采用脉冲频率调制的控制策略,通过调节前级变换电路的占空比和后级变换电路的开关频率,达到扩宽输入电压范围的目的。仿真结果表明,所提出的双向DC/DC变换器的输入电压变化范围为100~1000 V,并具有良好的稳压效果。 In order to adapt to different photovoltaic power generation and energy storage systems,a bidirectional DC/DC converter with wide input voltage is designed.The converter adopts a cascade topology.The front stage consists of a four-switch Buck-Boost converter and adopts control strategy of pulse width modulation,while the rear stage consists of L-LLC resonant converter and adopts control strategy of pulse frequency modulation.The purpose of widening input voltage range is achieved by adjusting duty cycle of the front stage converter and switching frequency of the rear stage converter.The simulation results show that the proposed bidirectional DC/DC converter has an input voltage variation ranging within 100~1000 V and a good voltage stabilization utility.
