核电站核岛阀门远传设计及施工优化研究

摘要 核电站阀门的设计过程中,由于不同系统之间管道布置情况和阀门功能类型区别较大,因此远传设计制造复杂,加之现场施工误差的影响,导致远传的安装难度增大。为此,针对核电站核岛现有各系统的阀门刚性远传设计,结合现场安装施工过程的经验反馈,提出了阀门远传机构的优化设计方案,达到简化远传结构设计、减少远传数量、提高阀门远传安装效率的目的,为后续核电站阀门远传的设计及应用提供宝贵的经验。 In the process of valve layout design of nuclear station,valve remote controls design and manufacture arecomplicated due to the large differences in pipeline layout and valve function type between different systems,and the installation difficulty of valve remote controls is increased due to the influence of on-site construction errors.By combiningthe design of existing valve remote controls of each system in PWR nuclear station with the experience in on-site construction and installation,this paper proposes anoptimizing design of valve remote controls which can achieve simplified design,reducednumber of remote controls,and improved efficiency of installation.It can provide valuable experience for future practice in design and application of valve remote controls in nuclear stations.
