随着互联网技术的快速发展,医疗服务逐渐向数字信息化转型,分布式医疗机构间的数据共享成为一种趋势。访问控制作为数据共享的主要方式受到了业界广泛的关注。基于属性的加密技术由于可实现细粒度的访问控制,被广泛应用于医疗领域。通过分析目前数字医疗场景中访问控制技术的研究现状,总结出有待解决的问题。将区块链与访问控制技术相结合具有广阔的应用前景。此外,总结了访问控制的常用技术。最后,对数字医疗中基于区块链的访问控制技术发展提出未来展望。

With the rapid development of Internet technology,healthcare services are gradually transforming to digital informationization.and data sharing among distributed healthcare institutions becomes a trend.As the main way of data sharing,access control is widely concerned in the industry.Attribute-based encryption technology is widely used in healthcare due to the possibility of fine-grained access control.By analyzing status quo of research on access control technologies in digital healthcare scenarios,this paper summarizes the issues to be addressed.The combination of blockchain and access control technology has broad application prospects.In addition,this paper summarizes the common techniques for access control.Finally,it proposes a future prospect for the development of blockchainbased access control technology in digital healthcare.
