蚯蚓对杂木林凋落物分解及土壤有机碳的影响

摘要 凋落物是森林土壤有机碳(SOC)的重要来源,蚯蚓活动会影响凋落物分解和SOC动态变化。本研究于2023年4月采用微宇宙培养方法,开展为期40天分解实验,以明确蚯蚓对不同凋落物分解速率的影响及对SOC的贡献。结果表明,蚯蚓参与下凋落物分解速率在20天后显著加快,并且与无蚯蚓参与存在显著差异(P<0.05),分解40天后,蚯蚓参与蒙古栎、水曲柳、核桃楸凋落物分解速率依次为12.57%、22.67%、23.2%。在SOC方面,蒙古栎、水曲柳与核桃楸凋落物在蚯蚓参与下SOC含量同比增加0.88%、1.14%与2.35%,其中核桃楸凋落物分解与对照组相比上升了19.27%,并存在显著差异(P<0.05),不同凋落物对于SOC贡献差异不显著。可见蚯蚓能够明显促进凋落物分解,相较于凋落物类型,蚯蚓活动更能够促进SOC含量增加。 Litter is an important source of organic carbon(SOC)in forest soil.Earthworm activities can affect litter decomposition and SOC dynamic change.In this study,the microcosmic culture method was adopted in April 2023 to carry out a 40-day decomposition experiment to determine the influence of earthworms on different litter decomposition rates and their contribution to SOC.The results showed that the litter decomposition rate with the participation of earthworms was significantly accelerated after 20 days,and the litter decomposition rate with the participation of earthworms was significantly different from that without the participation of earthworms(P<0.05).After 40 days of decomposition,the litter decomposition rates with the participation of earthworms were 12.57%,22.67%and 23.2%,respectively.In terms of SOC,the litter SOC content of Mongolian oak,Manchuria manchuria and Caryophyllum chinensis increased by 0.88%,1.14%and 2.35%with the participation of earthworms,and the litter decomposition of caryophyllum chinensis increased by 19.27%compared with the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Different litter had no significant difference in SOC contribution.It can be seen that earthworm can significantly promote litter decomposition,and the activity of earthworm can promote the increase of SOC content compared with litter type.
