摘要
糖尿病足溃疡(diabetic foot ulcer,DFU)是发生在糖尿病患者脚踝以下不愈合或愈合不良的非全层或全层伤口,是糖尿病最严重的并发症之一,造成严重的健康负担和经济负担。近20年来,一些治疗选择不断革新,并已成为预防截肢的重要工具。然而当前糖尿病足溃疡治疗方法仍不理想。纳米材料凭借其用途广泛,尺寸可控,物理化学性质可控等优点,使研究者们对糖尿病足溃疡的治疗看到了曙光。本文结合糖尿病足溃疡创面的病理生理机制对糖尿病足纳米材料治疗的发展作一综述。
Diabetic foot ulcer(diabetic foot ulcer,DFU)refers to a nonhealed or poorly healed non-full-layer or full-layer wound in diabetic patients.It is one of the most serious complications of diabetes,causing serious impact on health burden and economic burden for patients as well as for the society.Over the past 20 years,various treatment options have been developed and effectively reduced amputation rate;however,the current treatments for diabetic foot ulcer are still not ideal.Nanomaterial would become a novel option for the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer due to its advantages of versatility,controllable size and stable physical and chemical properties.This article reviews the progress of the pathophysiological mechanisms of diabetic foot ulcer and the development of nanomaterials in the treatment of this disorder.
