摘要
职业教育数字化转型是推动现代职业教育高质量发展的战略行动。然而,从现实来看,当前职业教育数字化转型仍面临认知曲解化、资源非均衡、培养未全面、评估非整体、产教低匹配等现实困境,急需探寻突围新路径。作为生成性人工智能时代的突破性技术,ChatGPT正深度改变职业教育场景中的人机交互与协同模式,并以智能加强仪、教学辅助员、个性化管家、质量评估员及校企连接员的新角色赋能职业教育,有望化解职业教育数字化转型诸多困境,助推职业教育数字化转型的有效落地。文章从职业教育数字化转型的现实困境出发,阐述了ChatGPT在职业教育数字化转型中的多重角色,探究ChatGPT在职业教育数字化转型中的实践路径,以助力实现职业教育高质量发展。
Digital transformation of vocational education is a strategic action to promote the high-quality development of modern vocational education.However,in reality,the current digital transformation of vocational education is still faced with such realistic difficulties as cognitive misinterpretation,unbalanced resources,incomplete training,non-integral assessment,and low matching between industry and education,and there is an urgent need to explore a new path to break through.As a revolutionary technology in the era of generative artificial intelligence,ChatGPT is deeply changing the human-computer interaction and collaboration mode in the vocational education scenario,and empowering vocational education with the new roles of intelligent reinforcer,teaching assistant,personalized housekeeper,quality evaluator,and school-enterprise connector,which is expected to resolve many difficulties in the digital transformation of vocational education and boost the effective implementation of the digital transformation of vocational education.Starting from the realistic dilemma of digital transformation of vocational education,this paper elaborates the multiple roles of ChatGPT in digital transformation of vocational education,and explores the practical path of ChatGPT in digital transformation of vocational education,so as to help to realize the high-quality development of vocational education.
