摘要
通过盆栽试验,对漳州市种植的2个紫薯品种福宁紫3号、福薯34甘薯可食用部分块根的铅、铬富集特性及其安全风险进行评估。结果表明:土壤中铅、铬不同浓度胁迫下,2个紫薯品种块根铅、铬含量均随着土壤铅、铬浓度的升高而升高,呈正相关线性关系(p<0.01);福宁紫3号块根对土壤中铅和铬积累量均高于福薯34。2个紫薯品种块根对铅、铬的富集能力均表现为铬>铅,福宁紫3号土壤铅、铬风险临界值分别为216.2、144.1 mg/kg;福薯34土壤铅、铬安全临界值分别为250.0、213.7 mg/kg。对于受污染耕地的安全利用,除了选育低富集品种,还应减少污染源、加强对受污染耕地重金属污染的修复和治理。
A pot experiment was conducted to study the enrichment characteristics of lead and chromium in the edible roots of two purple potato varieties,Funingzi 3 and Fushu 34,planted in Zhangzhou under different concentrations of lead and chromium in soil,and their safety risks were evaluated.The results showed that under the stress of different concentrations of lead and chromium in soil,the contents of lead and chromium in the roots of the two purple potato varieties increased with the increasing concentrations of lead and chromium in soil(p<0.01).The accumulation of lead and chromium in the soil of Funingzi 3 was higher than that of Fushu 34.The accumulation ability of lead and chromium in the tuber roots of the two purple potato varieties showed that chromium was higher than lead.The critical risk values of lead and chromium in Funingzi 3 were 216.2 and 144.1 mg×kg^(-1),respectively.The safety critical values of lead and chromium in Fushu 34 were 250.0 and 213.7 mg×kg^(-1),respectively.For the safe use of polluted cultivated land,in addition to breeding low-enriched varieties,we should also reduce pollution sources and strengthen the remediation and treatment of heavy metal pollution in polluted cultivated land.
