摘要
随着变频调速技术的快速发展与不断成熟,变频器在工业生产应用越来越广泛,变频技术不仅可以节约能耗,也能够提高设备稳定性。本文针对2台阿特拉斯ZT110型空气压缩机进行变频节能改造,使主用机运行于变频工况,可以根据耗气量的大小自动调节转速来改变排气量以达到节能的目的。当主用机故障时,备用机能够自动投入并运行于工频状态。此技改提高了空压机的转速精度,提升了设备及管网稳定性,减少了设备及电网的冲击,减小了设备维护和维修量,降低了运行成本。
With the rapid development and maturity of frequency conversion speed regulation technology,frequency converter is more and more widely used in industrial production,frequency conversion technology can save energy consumption,but also improve equipment stability.In this paper,two Atlas ZT110 air compressors are modified to save energy by frequency conversion,so that the main machine can run in frequency conversion condition,and the speed can be automatically adjusted according to the size of the air consumption to change the exhaust volume to achieve the purpose of energy saving.When the active machine fails,the standby machine can be automatically put into operation and run at power frequency.This technical change not only improves the speed accuracy of the air compressor,improves the stability of the equipment and pipe network,reduces the impact of the equipment and the power grid,reduces the amount of equipment maintenance and repair,and reduces the operating cost.
