摘要
为缓解电动汽车(electric vehicle,EV)充电资源紧张的问题,提出一种面向“一桩对多车”场景的充电系统架构,可实现一台充电桩为不同停车位上的车辆提供充电服务。基于该充电系统架构,以提高充电运营商经营利润的同时降低车主充电成本为目标,结合充电系统和用户需求约束,设计充电调度策略模型,并将其转换为混合整数规划算法问题进行求解。仿真结果表明,相比于规则与粒子群优化结合的充电调度策略和“先到先充电”策略,所提出的充电调度策略能明显提高充电运营商利润,并有效降低车主充电成本。
To alleviate the shortage of electric vehicle(EV)charging resource,a novel charging system architecture towards"one pile to multi vehicles"scenario was proposed,allowing one charging pile to provide charging service for EVs in different parking spaces.Based on the charging system architecture,a charging scheduling strategy under constraints on the charging system and user demand was designed to increase the profit of charging operators and reduce charging cost of EV owners.The strategy model could be converted into a mixed integer programming problem for solving.Simulation results indicate that the proposed strategy improves the profit of charging operators significantly and reduces the charging cost of EV owners effectively compared with the strategy combining rule with particle swarm optimization algorithm and the strategy adopting"first come,first charge"rule.
