河南省典型绿色矿山特征及其建设重点

Characteristics and key construction of typical green mines in Henan Province

绿色矿山建设对推动生态文明建设,有效推动矿产资源开发利用与生态环境保护协调发展有着重要的意义。以河南省内49个典型绿色矿山为研究对象,基于矿区环境、资源开发利用、资源综合利用、节能减排、科技创新与数字化矿山、企业管理与企业形象等6类1级评价指标,并利用皮尔逊相关系数和基尼系数等评价指数,总结典型绿色矿山特征,并分析河南省绿色矿山建设重点,为进一步推动河南省绿色矿山建设提供参考。研究表明:煤矿类绿色矿山是当前河南省绿色矿山建设的重点类型;科技创新与数字化矿山建设对河南省当前绿色矿山综合评价的贡献最大,也是河南省今后非煤矿类绿色矿山建设的重点方向;河南省今后绿色矿山建设要加强矿区环境与资源开发利用的建设工作。

The construction of green mines is of great significance to promote the construction of ecological civilization and to promote the coordinated development of mineral resources development and utilization and ecological environment protection effectively.Taking 49 typical green mines in Henan Province as the research object,based on 6 categories of first level evaluation indicator including mining environment,resource development and utilization,comprehensive resource utilization,energy conservation and emission reduction,technological innovation and digital mines,enterprise management and corporation image,and with evaluation indexes such as Pearson correlation coefficient and Gink coefficient,the characteristics of typical green mines are summarized,and the key points of green mine construction in Henan Province are analyzed,a reference is provided for further promoting the construction of green mines in Henan Province.The study result shows that coal green mine is the key type of green mine construction in Henan Province;scientific and technological innovation and digital mine construction contribute most to the comprehensive evaluation of green mine,and is also the key direction of non-coal green mine construction in Henan Province,the green mine construction in Henan province should strengthen on the construction of mining environment and resource development and utilization in the future.
