延安时期毛泽东的大党意识与党的建设伟大工程

延安时期中国共产党正向全国性大党发展,毛泽东以强烈的问题意识关注这一阶段的新特点、新挑战和新要求,郑重提出将党的建设作为伟大工程加以推进。毛泽东认为,党的建设要紧密联系党的政治路线;随着党从稚嫩走向成熟,要形成实事求是的思想路线,才能制定好正确的政治路线;随着党的组织规模的壮大,要在民主集中制基础上开展批评与自我批评,才能维护正确的政治路线;随着党员干部权力增大,要密切联系群众、走好群众路线,坚决反对党八股、官僚主义和形式主义,才能贯彻正确的政治路线。延安时期,毛泽东基于大党意识推进党的建设伟大工程的思考和实践,对于今天解决作为大党的中国共产党特有难题具有重要意义。

The CPC during the Yan'an period was developing into a large party nationwide,and Mao Ze-dong with a strong sense of problems paid heed to the new characteristics,challenges and requirements in the stage,and solemnly proposed to promote party construction as a great project.He advocated that party construction should be closely linked to the Party's political line;as the party grows from infancy to maturity,the ideological line of seeking truth from facts should be formed in order to formulate a correct political line;With the expansion of the Party's organization,criticism and self-criticism should be carried out on the basis of democratic centralism in order to safeguard the correct political line;as the power of party members and cadres increases,it is necessary to keep in close contact with the masses,follow the mass line,and resolutely oppose the Party's stereotyped writing,bureaucracy and formalism in order to implement the correct political line.During the Yan'an period,Mao Ze-dong's thinking and practice of promoting the great project of party construction based on great-party awareness is of great theoretical and practical significance for nowadays solving problems unique to the CPC as a large party.
