历史街区的空间利用及主体因素分析——以三坊七巷为例

The Analysis of Space Utilization and Subject Participation in Historic Blocks——A Case of the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys

在历史街区保护利用的过程中,不同主体的价值动机决定其参与形式,进而影响历史街区的空间利用与运行机制。文章以福州市三坊七巷历史街区为研究对象,通过实地调研、半结构访谈等方式,探究政府、主管企业、商户和社区多元主体的动机差异。历史街区在对物质空间刚性保护的基础上,应强化各参与主体的积极性和协同性,以提升街区空间利用的水平与质量,实现对历史街区文化特色的维持。

In the process of protection and utilization of historic blocks,the value motivation of different subjects determines their ways of participation,which in term affects the space utilization and operation mechanism of historic blocks.Using the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys in Fuzhou as research subject,this paper explores the influence of multiple subject behaviors on the space utilization pattern of Three lanes and Seven alleys through field researches and semi structured interviews.This paper analyzes the behaviors and influences of four main subjects:the government,managing enterprise,shopkeepers and local community.In this situation,in order to maintain the cultural characteristics of the block,on the basis of strict protection of the physical space,more attention should be paid to improve the standard and quality of space utilization,and the cooperation and enthusiasm of the various subjects involved should be enhanced.
