南海西部油田电潜泵举升优化设计研究与应用

摘要 电泵采油井换大泵提液是海上油田重要的一项增产措施。随着南海西部油田的不断开发,越来越多油田进入开发的中后期,需要通过提液以及二次提液来保障油田的稳产、增产。结合南海西部油田以往提液存在的主要问题,将电潜泵井系统整体视为研究对象,从油井产层、井筒、平台地面三位一体,充分考虑电泵机组与油井产层变化的适应性、系统高效、安全生产等,系统地对电潜泵举升参数进行分析、优化设计与研究,形成了一套基于“油藏产层、井筒、地面”三位一体系统分析的电潜泵举升系统优化设计方法。矿场试验结果表明,该技术方法可有效避免油井换大泵提液带来的一系列主要问题,达到提液增油以及节能降耗的目的,为海上油田后续日产液量超2000 m^(3)油井的提液提供较大借鉴与参考意义。 It is an important stimulation method for offshore oilfields to use large pump liquid extraction in electric pump production wells.With the continuous development of oilfields in the western part of South China Sea,more and more oil fields enter the middle and late stage of development,and it is necessary to use liquid extraction and secondary liquid extraction to ensure the stable and increased oil production.In view of the main problems existed in liquid extraction in western oilfields of South China Sea,the whole electric submersible pump well system is taken as the research object.From the three aspects of oil well production zone,wellbore and platform,fully considering the factors including electric pump unit,adaptability of oil reservoir changes,system efficiency and safety production,the parameters of electric submersible pump lifting are systematically analyzed,and a set of optimization design methods of ESP lifting system is formed based on the analysis of“oil reservoir production zone,wellbore and surface”.The field test results show that this technology can effectively avoid a series of major problems caused by oil well with large pump liquid extraction.The purpose of liquid extraction and oil increase as well as energy saving and consumption reduction are achieved,which can provide an important reference for subsequent oil extraction of offshore oil wells with a daily fluid volume of more than 2000 m^(3).
