羽绒羽毛蓬松度及其测试结果影响因素探讨

摘要 蓬松度是影响羽绒产品保暖性的重要指标之一。分析发现,绒子含量、朵绒大小及形态,羽绒羽毛的加工工艺都是影响蓬松度的重要因素。以蒸汽还原法为例进行蓬松度测试,分析发现影响蓬松度测试结果的因素很多,加料方式也是影响蓬松度测试结果的重要因素。 Filling power is one of the important indicators affecting the warmability of down products.Through analysis,it is found that down content,size and shape of down cluster and processing technology of down feather are all important factors affecting the filling power.Taking the steam reduction method as an example,it is found that many factors affect the result of filling power test,and the feeding method is also an important factor affecting the test result of filling power.
