摘要
应用型高校科技创新人才的培养符合时代发展的要求,也服务于国家建设世界科技强国的目标。文章以国内外两所典型应用型高校为样本,调研分析其人才培养模式,为我国应用型高校科技创新人才培养提供参考。分析显示,两所样本高校在课程目标、实践教学、校企协同、国际合作方面有一定的共性,在培养模式的侧重点、学生主体地位、协同机制和师资队伍建设方面存在一定的差异。我国应用型高校科技创新人才的培养,应明确人才培养定位,建立政府、企业和高校的协同合作机制,以科技创新竞赛为导向,加强“双师双能型”教师队伍建设。
The training of scientific and technological innovation talents in application-oriented colleges and universities is in line with the requirements of the development of the times,and also serves the goal of building a world scientific and technological power.The research takes two typical application-oriented colleges and universities at home and abroad as samples to investigate and analyze their talent training models,and provides references for the training of scientific and technological innovation talents in application-oriented colleges and universities in China.The analysis shows that the two sample universities have some commonalities in curriculum objectives,practical teaching,school-enterprise cooperation and international cooperation,and there are some differences in the focus of training mode,the main position of students,the coordination mechanism and the construction of teachers.In order to cultivate scientific and technological innovation talents in application-oriented colleges and universities,we should define the orientation of talent training,establish a cooperative mechanism between government,enterprises and colleges and universities,and strengthen the construction of“double qualified and double capable”teachers with the guidance of scientific and technological innovation competition.
