实景三维是对一定空间范围内人类生产、生活和生态空间进行真实、立体、时序化表达的数字空间,是新型基础测绘的标准化产品,是重要的国家新型基础设施。自然资源部印发了《实景三维中国建设技术大纲(2021版)》,明确了实景三维中国建设内容,包括地形级、城市级、部件级3级建设,越来越多的城市开始开展实景三维的建设工作,实景三维数据成果数量和面积迅速增加且有不断扩大的趋势。为了更好地发挥实景三维的数据作用,需要对提交的实景三维数据进行标准化、轻量化的入库处理,保障数据的鲜活性和真实性,为自然资源科学决策提供基础底座。文章详细介绍了几种实景三维地理场景数据的入库处理方法,为今后制定统一标准的数据规范提供实践参考,为推动实景中国建设发挥积极作用。

Real 3D is a digital space that represents the real,three-dimensional,and temporal expression of human production,life,and ecological space within a certain spatial range.It is a standardized product of new basic surveying and mapping and an important national new infrastructure.With the issuance of the Real 3 D China Construction Technology Outline(2021 Edition)by the Ministry of Natural Resources of China,the content of real 3D China construction has been clarified,including terrain level,urban level,and component level construction.More and more cities are starting to carry out real 3D construction work,and the number and area of real 3D data results are rapidly increasing and showing a trend of continuous expansion.In order to better utilize the data role of real 3D,it is necessary to standardize and lightweight the submitted real 3D data,ensure the freshness and authenticity of the data,and provide a foundation for scientific decision-making of natural resources.The article provides a detailed introduction to several methods for storing and processing real-world 3D geographic scene data,providing practical reference for formulating unified data standards in the future and playing a positive role in promoting the construction of real-world China.
