三种典型废玻璃生命周期环境影响评价研究

摘要 采用生命周期评价(LCA)法研究了废碎玻璃、废日用玻璃、废平板玻璃全生命周期环境影响,并在处置阶段对不同处理工艺的环境影响进行比较。通过现场和资料调研的方式,获得所有生命周期阶段能量物质的输入/输出和环境外排数据。结果表明:预处理阶段废碎玻璃的回收利用所使用的工艺环境影响总值最小为3.94973 E-05,废日用玻璃处理技术为0.00014,废平板玻璃处理技术为0.000286946;废日用玻璃处理技术的特征化指标,结果显示,对占比最多的是水生生态毒性比例高达76%。 The life cycle assessment(LCA)method was used to study the environmental impacts of the whole life cycle of waste broken glass,waste daily glass and waste flat glass,and to compare the environmental impacts of different treatment processes in the disposal stage.The input/output of energy substances and environmental outgassing data of all life cycle stages were obtained by means of on-site and data research.The results show that the total environmental impact of the process used for recycling of waste broken glass in the pre-treatment stage is the smallest at 3.94973 E-05,0.00014 for waste daily glass treatment technology,and 0.000286946 for waste flat glass treatment technology,and the characterization index of waste daily glass treatment technology.The results show that the proportion of aquatic ecotoxicity is up to 76%.
