摘要
国内各高校金融学专业本科人才培养方案中的素质要求可分为三个层次:宏观层面的思想政治要求、职业层面的伦理精神要求以及个人层面的人格修养要求。由于“Z时代”的学生信息辨识能力强,专业课隐性课程思政比显性思政更有力量,也能让专业课更鲜活,有必要在金融学专业课中系统性地推进隐性课程思政。在“国际金融学”教学过程中,国际金融历史事实、业务实操和名人实事等“三实”元素是该课程优良的隐性思政元素,能够契合金融学专业人才培养的三层次思政要求。为系统性推进金融学专业课隐性课程思政,需要把课程思政意识、课程思政目标、课程思政元素和课程思政方法全面内化、融入教学始终。
The quality requirements in the undergraduate talent program of finance majors in domestic colleges and universities can be divided into three levels:ideological and political requirements at the macro level,ethical and moral requirements at the professional level,and character cultivation requirements at the individual level.Due to the strong information identification ability of students in the“Z era”,the implicit curriculum ideological and political education of professional courses is more powerful than the explicit ideological and political education,and can also make professional courses more vivid.It is necessary to systematically promote the implicit curriculum ideological and political education in major courses of finance.In the teaching process of“International Finance”,international financial historical facts,business practices and anecdotes of celebrities are excellent implicit ideological and political elements of the course,which can meet the three-level ideological and political requirements for the training of financial professionals.In order to systematically promote the implicit curriculum ideological and political education in finance major courses,it is necessary to fully internalize and integrate curriculum ideological and political consciousness,goals,elements and methods into the teaching process.
