理工类综合院校区域国别人才培养模式及课程建设探究

Exploration on Cultivation Mode and Curriculum Construction of Regional andNational Talents in Comprehensive Colleges of Science and Engineering

在“一带一路”倡议不断深入推进的背景下,探索建立具有新时代中国特色的区域国别人才培养模式及课程建设范式是当前我国高校面临的迫切任务。基于此,分析当前我国高校区域国别人才培养的现状及存在的问题,以理工类综合院校为例,着重对该类院校区域国别人才培养模式、课程建设体系、师资及平台建设方面进行探讨,以期为我国高校区域国别人才培养模式的分类建构及具体实施提供参考。

Under the background of the continuous advancement of the“Belt and Road”initiative,it is an urgent task for Chinese colleges and universities to explore the establishment of a regional and national talent cultivation mode and curriculum construction paradigm with Chinese characteristics in the new era.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of regional and national talent cultivation in Chinese colleges and universities.Taking a comprehensive college of science and engineering as an example,this paper focuses on the regional and national talent cultivation mode,curriculum construction system,teachers and platform construction of such colleges to conduct discussion,in order to provide a reference for the classification construction and specific implementation of regional and national talent cultivation mode in Chinese colleges and universities.
