高校雅正公寓文化育人的实践与思考——以湖州职业技术学院为例

Practice and Reflection on Education of Yazheng ApartmentCulture in Colleges and Universities——Taking Huzhou Vocational and Technological College as an Example

高校不仅是传授知识的殿堂,也是独具特质的精神家园和文化社区。文章以湖州职业技术学院(以下简称湖州职院)雅正公寓文化建设为例,在总结分析其具体实践的基础上,坚持问题导向,对雅正公寓文化的内涵特质、价值功能及育人路径进行了系统思考,并就党建引领下的雅正公寓文化建设提出了优化对策。

Colleges and universities are not only halls for imparting knowledge,but also unique spiritual homes and cultural communities.The paper takes the construction of Yazheng apartment culture in Huzhou Vocational and Technological College as an example,and based on a summary and analysis of its specific practice,adheres to the problem oriented approach,systematically considers the connotation,characteristics,value functions,and educational paths of Yazheng apartment culture,and proposes optimization strategies for the construction of Yazheng apartment culture under the guidance of Party building.
