自贸试验区驱动区域产业结构升级研究综述

Research Review on Pilot Free Trade Zone DrivingRegional Industrial Structure Upgrading

产业结构升级是推动经济社会高质量发展的重要动力,因而探究产业结构升级的有效驱动力具有十分重要的现实价值和指导意义。自贸试验区是中国全面深化改革和扩大开放的“试验田”,会显著影响试点区域的产业结构升级。学界、政界和企业界应该积极研究两者关系,以提供学理支持。基于此,从“对外开放影响产业结构调整”“自贸试验区的经济效应”和“自贸试验区影响产业转型发展”三个方面进行成果回顾和述评。结果发现,针对性研究集中出现在2019和2020年,研究目的局限于判断“有”或“无”驱动影响,全面性、系统性和衍生性的研究比较欠缺。为了更好地促进自贸试验区的有效驱动,需要从区内、区外、区际和异质性四维视域进行举措设计。

The industrial structure upgrading is an important driving force for promoting high-quality economic and social development,so exploring the effective driving forces of industrial structure upgrading has significant practical value and guiding significance.The pilot free trade zone is a“test field”for China to comprehensively deepen reform and expand opening up,which will significantly affect the industrial structure upgrading of the pilot areas.The academic,political,and business communities should actively study the relationship between the two to provide theoretical support.Based on this,a review and evaluation of the results from three aspects,namely“the impact of opening up on industrial structure adjustment”“the economic effects of pilot free trade zone”and“the impact of pilot free trade zone on industrial transformation and development”.It was found from the result that targeted research focused on 2019 and 2020,and the research purpose was limited to determining the“yes”or“no”driving effects.Comprehensive,systematic,and derivative research is relatively lacking.In order to better promote the effective driving of the pilot free trade zone,measures need to be designed from the perspective of four dimensions:within the zone,outside the zone,inter zone,and heterogeneity.
