高职扩招生对专业知识和能力的认知状况研究——以酒店管理专业为例

Study on the Cognitive Status of Professional Knowledge and Ability in Expanded Enrollment Students of Higher Vocational Education——Taking Hotel Management Major as an Example

运用焦点小组访谈法和问卷调查法,分析酒店管理专业高职扩招生对专业知识和能力的认知状况。结果显示:高职扩招生对专业知识和能力的认知可归类为酒店经营与管理能力、餐饮管理与接待服务能力、酒店营销与企划能力和解决问题与语言能力4个维度;女性在餐饮管理与接待服务、解决问题与语言能力方面显著高于男性;31~40岁的高职扩招生在酒店营销与企划能力方面显著高于其他年龄段的学生;没有工作经验的高职扩招生在酒店经营管理方面显著低于有工作经验的学生;不同性别、不同年龄段以及有无工作经验的高职扩招生对于酒店管理专业知识和能力的认知存在差异。

Using focus group interviews and questionnaire surveys,analyze the cognitive status of expanded enrollment students of hotel management major of higher vocational education on professional knowledge and abilities.The results show that the recognition of professional knowledge and abilities in the expanded enrollment students of higher vocational education can be classified into four dimensions,namely hotel operation and management ability,catering management and reception service ability,hotel marketing and planning ability,and problem-solving and language ability.Women are significantly higher than men in terms of food and beverage management,reception services,problem-solving,and language skills.The expanded enrollment students of higher vocational education aged 31~40 is significantly higher than other age groups in terms of hotel marketing and planning abilities.The expanded enrollment students of higher vocational education without work experience is significantly lower than that of students with work experience in hotel management.There are differences in the cognition of hotel management professional knowledge and abilities among expanded enrollment students of higher vocational education of different genders,age groups,and with or without work experience.
